What is your return policy?

Returns & Exchanges

At Devi, each piece is thoughtfully made in small batches and many of our textiles are hand block-printed by artisans. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in print, color, and stitching are part of what makes each item unique.

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must include original tags and packaging
  • Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@deviforlife.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Devi is not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Handmade Nature of Our Products

Many Devi pieces are created using traditional hand block-printing techniques. Slight irregularities and variations are not considered defects, but rather a reflection of the handmade process and the human touch behind each piece.

What is your shipping policy?

We provide free shipping across the U.S for orders over $75.  All orders are shipped using UPS Ground.  Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
